However there are also a range of specialist services that are required by law such as collection and disposal of controlled waste or kitchen vent cleaning. Deep Cleaning
Not always necessary but good practice, especially within the kitchen, dining and toilet areas. Bacteria, moulds and fungi can build up in these areas and can release unpleasant odours as well as raise aerobic colony counts which can become dangerous. Having qualified and trained personnel to methodically clean these areas can eradicate unseen risks and obvious odours.
As part of our process we use ToyGuard Surface Sanitiser which continues to protect the areas long after the work has been done with its patented residual technology.

Vent and Duct Cleaning
Kitchen vents can become a fire risk if they are not inspected and cleaned annually. Premises must ensure compliance with current health and safety legislation and insurance requirements. Most commercial insurance policies will only pay on a claim if there is a duct cleaning contract in place. The task can be difficult and requires some extreme treatment – definitely a job for the experts.
Air conditioning or ventilation ducts are susceptible to mould and algae growth which can emit spores throughout the premises – this can be particularly unpleasant for asthmatic children. ToyGuard have a range of Air Filtration Systems that will remove all spores.

Decontamination
Should your premises be unfortunate enough to find itself dealing with an infectious diseases outbreak, then the ability to act swiftly is paramount.
A full decontamination reduces the risk of spread of infection and gives both parents and staff the reassurance that the children are protected.
ToyGuard is on call 24 hours a day and is able to act quickly in the event of an emergency – we can give advice, carry out the decontamination and liaise with the appropriate authorities on your behalf.

Washroom Services
Children and adults have different needs when it comes to providing washroom services! Although standard white dispensers are fine for adults, it is our philosophy to make hygiene fun. With that in mind, we have created a range of unique, colourful and cost effective dispensers designed specifically for children to use. We have a standard range of 6 bright colours but if you’d like something different, then let us know – we have 3000 colours to choose from!
Our woven paper dispenser is a great money saver – it restricts overuse, is hygienic and means there are no messy paper towels to pick up off the floor. We also know that foaming soap costs less to use than liquid soap and is much more fun so all our soap dispensers squirt “foam”.
In addition, we offer value for money and exceptional service on standard washroom services. Our feminine hygiene services are fast, discreet and reliable. We undertake a minimum of 13 service calls per year as standard or more frequently if required. We don't believe in tying customers to lengthy contracts and long notice periods. We're confident that after experiencing our service you’ll want to stick with us!

Controlled Waste – clinical and medical
You need to check with your local authority on what is and isn’t controlled waste. Nappies are not controlled and should be collected by the local authority but it needs to be separated from the waste and placed in ‘tiger bags’. If you have any specialist or medical waste removal requirements then let us know and and a washroom service specialist will discuss your situation and advise (we’ll even contact your local authority if we have too) on what you need.
If you want us to manage your waste, all our waste is taken to registered waste incineration plants for disposal and we won’t hit you with hidden charges as all the admin and paperwork is included in the price.
